The option to select the practice ranges on various courses is missing from the course menu under Improve. They are still present but you have to access them through the hole menu once the course is loaded. I suspect this is an oversight and will be addressed in the later update. In the mean time you can access them by following the process below.
1. Select the course and a hole under improve and load it. Once the course is loaded you can select Hole and the Range, Chipping and Putting will be listed under the holes.
